Hello

Founder of Blooms and Brushes studio

I guess you could say I grew up in an artistic house. My father is a sculptor, my mother a fashion designer, I studied graphic design, my one sister studied jewellery design, my other sister studied drama and my brother architecture. That is a lot of artists under one roof.

As you can imagine our house was always full of various art projects. That was just normal to us, to have a pottery kiln and a wheel to play on. We had access to every tool or medium you can dream of. We are forever grateful to my parents for sharing their skills and workspaces with us, but even more for teaching us to be adventurous and to try new things.

I like to call it creative bravery. They showed us that you can give things a go and figure it out as you go.

That is the idea behind the Blooms & Brushes studio. To create a space where you can come and try different mediums, play, and experiment. You won’t be on your own, we will teach you step by step how to create your own masterpiece. You don’t have to be “artistic” you just have to be brave and give it a go.
